Kiki Mckendrick, Photographer

I started creative photography as a freshman. Yearbook and newspaper was not a student run organization at the school I attended my freshman year. My sophomore year, I decided to take journalism to be able to continue photography after I moved here from Niceville, Florida. After taking a semester of Journalism One, I joined the yearbook staff during my second semester. I am still apart of the yearbook staff now, but this year I have chosen to take on the fun task of being the Newspaper Photographer as well. I am beyond excited to have my photos in both publications and I hope people will love my photos just as much as I love taking them. Besides being apart of Journalism, I am a member of the band’s Colorguard. I have been spinning for four years now. This year I am a co-captain with Kyndal Klose. We both enjoy Colorguard and have worked very hard on this year’s show. If I am not at the school working on editing or taking photos and if I’m not practicing Colorguard routines, I’m usually with my best friend, Kenzie, eating at Fuzzy’s or hanging out at my house.
